Directions: rinse hair, massage quarter-sized amount of shampoo throughout scalp and hair. Allow a few minutes (2-3) to absorb before rinsing.

I was nervous about trying The Atlanta Hair Doctor (TAHD) shampoo due to CCCA and extremely sensitive scalp. This is the first detox shampoo that feels like a moisture shampoo. I just started using it and I do like it I am bald on top of my hair so this is a journey for me. I lost my hair last August so I had to cut and shave what was left.
