I’m really happy I finally made this purchase. I’ve been following the brand for years and decided to trust the process. Honestly this is probably the only shampoo/conditoner ill ever use unless you ever add more formulas/types to the brand. I've tried TGINN, Carols Daughter, Shea Moisture, even the Aveeno brand and my scalp just does not react well. I either get super dry days later or my hair feels rubbery or im extra flakes in the following days. Using this AS DESCRIBED has cleared my scalp ailments quite a bit. Yall gotta do the leave on times I promise you it works even if you standing there cold for 10 mins. I have a had fade and im recovering from trichotillomania (7 years next year). My plan is to start growing my hair back out when I turn 30 next year so im excited to see if the growth results I've heard from these products is really true. The first pic is a year ago. And over the last year I lost so much hair due to stress and my thyroid levels being up. The before was so embrassing and I was literally suffering in silence. I kept seeing this product pop up out of nowhere, and I decided to walk on faith and give it a try. 30 days later i can say it works!!! My scalp isnt super itchy like it was before my scalp was flaky and sore and this product helped so much. I even recommended this to my sister who experience the same issues.

The lid on shampoo cracked and leaked into the package. I sent an email advising of this a week ago and haven't heard anything back. For these to be $40 a bottle, i would hope the packaging would protect the product much better. Love the product, but wish it had not been damaged during shipping.
I like this product because it gently removes the flaking from my daughter’s scalp while also gently shampooing/conditioning her hair. I have tried other products in the past that did not have the same moisturizing effect and left her hair quite dry.
